The doctors, technicians, admins, and even Franklin the clinic kitty, treat not only my two fur babies but also me, as an anxious cat parent, with patience, kindness, and understanding every single time. I’ve been taking my dogs to this place for so many years now. I love Passionimo, is the best place to take your pets. The attention is really good, I love the vets, and everything overall.
Ils m’ont dit de déposer mon chat entre 8:00 et 8:30 am pour son échographie cardiaque. Je me suis déplacée en plein trafic matinal (50min) pour finalement me faire dire que les vétérinaires qui font l’échographie de mon chat arriveraient sûrement entre 13:00 et 17:00. Aucune considération pour mon temps ni pour le stress causé à mon chat qui va attendre toute la journée dans sa cage.
