Last week I brought my dog in for an appointment and was taken into an exam room where I was told to wait. After sitting there for quite a while, a technician showed me to the bathroom and I came across someone who I’m pretty sure was the veterinarian (and manager) asleep with the lights off and everything. I’ve visited this clinic enough, deeply disappointed doesn’t even cover it. From the moment you walk in, it’s obvious the priority is the bill, not the animal in front of them. We were pushed toward treatments and products that felt completely unnecessary, and when I questioned it, the response was dismissive like I had no right to ask about my own pet’s care.
