Verni does great work here! I thought I finally found a good artist, as I was new to the area when I started going here. Don’t get me wrong, she is a great artist and I’m very happy with the work that she did for me. However, they require you to have a consult with the artist prior to scheduling your appointment. I went for my consult on my first tattoo that she did and she was not there. She had forgotten she had a consult and they had to call her. Lizzy, As far as the covid shut down, no one was called as the whole state was shut down unless essential, which we were not, I'm sorry, at that time we had appts booked 3 months out and no end in sight, we posted signs and kept up with the phone from our homes as best we could. The reason you were not called the day the pipe broke was because both my landlord and repairman assured me we would be able to reopen, way earlier then your scheduled time.
