The time, patience and caring they extended to me during a particularly challenging time was a masterclass in professionalism guided by compassion. I stayed on with them for quite some time after and since then, I've never felt mentally and emotionally stronger. Charlotta is an incredible and caring therapist gifted with the understanding of how to come out of trauma thoughtfully. I'm greatly impressed by the variety of offerings of this practice. The staff supports you every step of the way and I was pleased to discover that individual EMDR sessions were offered as well.

I went to a special session to try and improve communication and save my relationship with my fiance. Instead they met us once and in a private separate session after our joint one recommended that my fiance go no contact which she did as was told in my private session by the counselor mmediately afterwards as she told me like it was a grocery run and 8 haven't talked to my former fiance since.
