A few years back i saw Gary for the loss of my Father...along with some other issues I was facing...Gary went through each and every issue with me..he didn't make me feel bad for some of the decisions I made and offered some books to read to really help sort me out when I couldn't see him. He offered some great advice on how to handle my anger and grief...i really should have kept up with my sessions but my work over took everything..i would DEFINETLY recommend him. Over a lot of other therapist.

Working with Gary has been a saving grace. I worked with him for nearly a year after leaving an abusive marriage only to find out there were deeper rooted issues. Please DON'T go to Gary Gabbard for anything. Literally the worst experience I've ever had. I literally had to google how to leave a review just to put this out there. For years I thought that counseling was just useless... and honestly more hurt than help. Turns out that Gary is just terrible at his job. We went to him hoping to strengthen our marriage, but after 2-3 sessions we left hopeless, confused, angry, and broken.
