RecommendedI really wish I had found this book a year and a half ago when I started my journey to heal my stomach! I had to search, read and try out so many things until I started finding relief. Then I read this book and find that Jennifer wrote about the things that worked! I will recommend this to anyone going through the same stomach/absorption issues. This is a great outline on how to become well.
Reading the book. I absolutely agree with the idea of the "100-year diet." And how sad it is that nutrition is not addressed when we go to the doctor for ailments here in the U.S.
