traveled with my husband and my siblings in law (husband's brother and his wife) and we all had a wonderful time with Passionate Guides Tanzania, specifically with our guide, Michael, who was friendly, knowledgable, and an overall great person to experience the safari with. Beatus, who helped us manage our booking, was also super helpful and responsive. We did a 10-day safari with stops in Tarangire NP, Lake Manyara NP, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti NP, and Lake Naturon. I cannot recommend Beatus, Passionate Guides, and a safari in Tanzania highly enough. The diversity and density of wildlife and landscapes in Tanzania is unmatched - or maybe it just seemed that way because we had such a knowledgeable and professional guide with the magic touch: he knew exactly where to bring us and when. This was one of the worst tours I’ve ever been on. Nothing went as promised — the bus was late, the guide was rude, and we missed several of the main attractions listed in the description. It honestly felt like a waste of time and money. I really wish I had chosen a different company because this was incredibly disappointing.

We went on the perfect 10 day safari in Kenya and Tanzania. I cannot speak highly enough of the Passionate Guides Tanzania team. Beatus was an exceptionally thoughtful and prompt communicator in the early phases of the planning process about a year before our actual trip.
