The owner is absolutely lovely ! I’ve been meaning to leave a review for years but never got around to it . Back in 2022, we came to you and you created the most wonderful arrangement with little time to put anything together. Thank you a million times over for your compassion and kindness. Since then , I’ve ordered again from them and the person that received them loved it. Highly recommend !

I placed an order to be delivered on Saturday May 31st. My CC was charged and the flowers were never delivered. Despite calling and emailing several times, there has been no response on what happened. Update: The owner has offered a refund and apologized for the lack of communication. I wish It could have been handled better when I called multiple times on 6/2 to check on the status.

I decided to use Passionate Blooms to order a bouquet for a friend in Kelowna. I was unable to order through the website, so I called the store directly. I told them what bouquet I would like to order. The lady was very polite and told me that they were waiting for their floral order to come in and only had a small selection at the time and she didn't think my expecations would be met if she immediately filled the order.
