Honestly I didn’t think I would be into Kinesiology. Since attending a few sessions, Belinda has helped me feel more connected with my emotions and helped me feel more certain, comfortable, and confident within myself and my thoughts. I got recommended Kinesiology by my family and friends that swear by it. I can see within myself that the counselling is working and is really helpful.

I’ve seen many practitioners over a long period of time and Belinda is one of the only ones that has made a real difference. Her Kinesiology and counselling has made such a massive impact on my issues with anxiety and sleep.
