The staff there Ms Alice Ms Roxy and Mr chuck does not take there job seriously when it comes to the Mental health the disregard of freedom of speech. They gossips EVERYONE'S BUSINESS outloud. If you come on time you won't be seen until atleast 30mins or longer. When they don't answer the phone is because they are too busy gossiping about the clients. I put 5 stars to ensure it’s seen. Passionate behavioral health is a good company because of the PRP counselors and the psychiatrist. People like Mr.Donnell, Ms.Barbera, Ms.Niecy, Ethel, Jessica, and some of the male clients. If it wasn’t for certain individuals, the company would be drowning into itself. It’s a kitty that Ms.Roxy and Mr.Darren have no true ethical leads when it counts. Today I had an appointment for my niece. We showed up about 5 minutes early. We went to check in and the lady sitting at the desk told me I needed to wait for Alice. Well 25 minutes after her appointment Alice still hadn’t come. To which the lady behind the counter was like they always do S*** like this. They probably somewhere running their mouth. I was attending This group for kids for at least 2- 3 weeks, the kids were kind of funny full of laughter. But the owners did not want that I left because i thought it was a joke! Do not send your children here for mental health everything is strict and serious i will not be returning!!!!! i lived an hour away as well and would be judged when i was late due to traffic. and then this lady with dreads is mean one day and friendly the next.
