I do not recommend Passionate Behavioral Health. Our experience was unprofessional and extremely disappointing. There was poor communication, a lack of transparency, and repeated failures to follow through on commitments made regarding my son’s care. I really like my therapist and the doctor is good but the office staff itself leaves a lot to be desired. You can NEVER get through to the front desk and there’s always an issue with virtual appointments. Maybe going in person is better but as a virtual patient I would go elsewhere if I didn’t like my therapist

Incredibly unprofessional psychiatric nurse practitioner. She spent the session proselytizing her religion and explaining how the only cure for mental illness was her religion. Avoid this place if you want legitimate psychiatric medical management.
