Just as an update, we had John install our pool 3 years ago and all the eqiupment he istalled was done incorrectly, as we found out by another pool service company, please beware they are a very shadey company and should not be in the pool business. those who are getting pools install currently or thinking us using Passion pools please please get a second opinion and as a note please ask for all invoices regarding equipment as you will need those for future claims as most of the equimpent fails. We love our fibreglass pool from Passion Pool and Pond. It’s been very therapeutic for me, having had both hips replaced and it’s very relaxing to sit around at night with the waterfall and lights on. Thanks Jonathon and team for helping create our backyard oasis. Edit: we have also had very good luck with Jonathon servicing our equipment and answering any texts or calls with questions, promptly. Keep up the great work!
We had such a great experience with John and his team. They went above and beyond, not only with the pond clean but also teaching us how to maintain the pond, take care of the filter system and what products are actually worth spending money on. I really appreciate the care they took and how professional and kind they were. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great pond clean!
