He came to replace a dishwasher and I asked him if he could change the hot water hose that goes to the sink because the hot water had black particles. He said OK and I gave him the brand new hose I bought. After service he said he did change the hose and I paid him the agreed amount. Next day I saw black particle in hot water again and checked the hose and realized he never changed it. When texted him, he never replied.
