Going to therapy can be an overwhelming thing for many reasons, but Dr. Barbee and her staff, especially Lawrence (Lance) are so warm and welcoming! I have always had a hard time opening up to people and communicating effectively in general. Dr. Barbee is sooo easy to talk to! I have been seeing her for quite a few months now. Worst experience ever! Staff as well as Dr. Barbee was very unprofessional and rude. Will cut you off and not let you get a word in. More concerned about billing than the actually patient. I wish I would have come here first to read the reviews because I see that this is a pattern for her, it’s not just me. I’m upset that my child was the patient and he got to experience the rudeness…he was told that she doesn’t want to see him anymore because his paperwork wasn’t completed for billing.
