I usually enjoy this salon, but I just left dissatisfied. I clearly told the tech I wanted the Deluxe pedicure TWICE. I noticed at the end, the paraffin wax was not included. When I asked, they began speaking in their language (we all know what that means). Finally the guy manager comes over and they all kept saying "Smoothe feet." Perhaps she did that one because she didn't think I needed the paraffin, but that's not what we discussed. He finally says "$50" then she tells him I had gel and he says "It'll be $70 today." QUALITY OF NAILS ARE CHEAP! The nail specialist are nice and give good hand massage for each nail service HOWEVER the nail quality is very cheap. I had 3 nails fall off in just one week. In the photo you can tell how recent I had my nails done because my nails had not even grown out since then. I also got a new FULL SET with them so there’s no excuse for them to fall off so soon. It was my first and will be my last time going with them. (Also for the past week all I’ve done was go to a wedding so no manual labor)
Mani and pedi...Great job! 28 pedicure chairs! I will definitely be back!
