got my hair cut by emma today she was very kind and funny. I'm not very good at explaining myself and went in with only a very loose description of what i wanted. She took the time to listen and understand what i was saying and explained everything to me really clearly, and helped me find the style i wanted!! i cant recommend her enough :)
