Horrible experience I'd had called to schedule an appointment for my dog and I let them know he's a big dog my parents had him outside and he is also shedding like crazy they knew this and that's why they were charging me more which I didn't mind well finally the day comes for his bath Jim gets there and gives us total attitude stating that they do not service big dogs and that the area they sent him to does not belong to him so therefore he will not provide the services I called the company and of course no answer I left a ... read more
Recommendedwhat more can we say. it's very hard to find a cat groomer let alone a mobile one. and our fur babies are seriously our children. me and my husband couldn't rave more about Jim and his passion fur pets literally. Me and my husband were pretty nervous because our babies have never been groomed before and Jim made sure to tell us how amazing our babies truly were.
