First and foremost the customer service is a 10/10. I called with a rare request a tent cleaning. Raphael was more than helpful, inspecting the tent and letting me know what my options are. Get this, instead of cash grabbing out of me, he recommended at home treatments before I spent $100+ at this shop. I appreciate a business that puts customers over themselves. 10/5 ⭐️.
