I ordered vitamins directly from the website. I decided I didn't want to renew my subscription, however I forgot my password, I hit the "forgot password" button, but it never sent me a link to change it, so I called them and after multiple attempts, they never sent me a change password re-set, so I had to block them on my credit card. BEWARE!
