On Feb 27th, 2026, Dr. Sara came to our home on the saddest day of the last 12.75 years of our family's life with our sweet Caber. We cannot thank Dr. Sara and Craig enough for coming out for our sweet Lil Miss. During one of the most difficult moments of our lives, they showed extraordinary kindness, compassion, and gentleness. We found out last night at 3:00 am, that we need to put our baby to sleep. "Craig" should not be working in a customer facing position. We asked for at-home euthanasia and at home burial. I texted at 11:45, and in order to have them come out tomorrow, he expected us to dig a hole- and take pics of it by 12:15 today. He is about as warm, caring, concerned as snowball. We decided to go with a different company.

I could not have asked for a more peaceful, painless, compassionate passing for my beloved Rocky. He was 15 years-old and suffering from several ailments. Dr. Sara and her husband, Craig, provided the best experience possible and made me feel at peace with my decision to say goodbye.
