Took my car in for a electrical issue , they had my car for the entire day and only performed 2 procedures that in all up would have taken a maximum of 30 minutes if I was doing it myself so they should have easily had it done , but I know they would have had other jobs but not needs my car for 8-9 hours , had no communication from them which I asked for . I had a bolt come loose on my exhaust whilst traveling in the hunter after calling around to find someone to help I found Tim and he was the no nonsense kind of person who was like sure bring it in first thing and I’ll take a look. It was late in the day at that point. They fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable fee. Less than 24 hours after engine problems I have my vehicle back, I am not a local, and when nrma came, a local man, he referred me to Tim. I am leaving tomorrow, so Tim and his team went out if their way to make sure I am back on the road. Very helpful and courteous to a 70+ grandma, would highly recommend them to anyway.
