Dr. Passeri has been a godsend! He’s very knowledgeable and has help me have a better life. He’s very patient with me and always listens. Never rushes me and that means a lot.
I find Dr. Passeri to be a very good and knowledgeable doctor. I have been seeing him for several years.
My dissatisfaction was with the front desk specifically the noticable gay guy which doesn't bother me but he is rude, unfriendly and very abrupt. On the phone he seems matter of fact not very helpful and in a hurry to get off the phone. Cathy is awesome and a good example of the type of person better suited for interacting with patients at the front window and answering the phone. What's happened to courtesy, kindness, smiling and even a sense of humor when appropriate, esp at a doctors office?
