Great experience, Michelle extremely patient a d helpful.
Zero customer service. We were referred here by Hanover Supply after doing business with them for our upcoming complete bathroom remodel. We saw you were with a customer when we walked in and we were willing to wait…in fact we waited 25-30 minutes. But to not acknowledge us AT ALL or say I’ll be with you as soon as I can, even when you walked by us, is truly disrespectful. You just lost a guaranteed sale.
I would not hesitate to recommend Passeri to anyone. Michelle was super helpful and the quality of the tiles and marble we got was great. This was our first time doing any type of home renovations so we were somewhat lost when we first started. I showed Michelle some Pinterest photos and she understood the look I was going for, and showed us various options. She has a great eye and her recommendations ended up looking amazing.
