I will die on the hill that Passatempo is the best food in Walla Walla.
Lovely patio but so terribly noisy (on a Monday night) we couldn't talk to each other across our small table. Inside even more noisy. Large celebration groups making huge amounts of noise.
12/10 stars for our first experience at Passatempo this last weekend. Our server was Chad and he made our entire experience. He was thoughtful and helpful right from the beginning. He was knowledgeable about the entire menu, made thoughtful suggestions for those of use with food sensitivities and made sure the mom with her infant in our group was well taken care of when she had to step outside. I really want to love Passatempo, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the cocktails are consistently great. Unfortunately, the food has fallen short for us on a few different visits. On our most recent visit, the service was also disappointing. Our server didn't share any of the daily specials with us and made us feel pretty unwelcome throughout the night. We love the vibe here and hope they can work through these inconsistencies in the kitchen and front-of-house.
Everything was wonderful. Love the atmosphere.
