Called 3 weeks ago, said they were coming out Tuesday or Wednesday of the 1st week, had an emergency call, said they couldn't come until Friday, get a text Friday saying it's looking like the middle of the following week due to emergency customers without gas. Tom has been a HUGE help over the years to be able to keep the 62 yr old furnace at my g-moms house running along with the newer one at my house. In the instance of the old unit, instead of trying to sock me for a huge bill like any other place would, he had some suggestions for ways for me to fix it myself with a few parts sourced from a less expensive place than his own supplier (which I did successfully, I might add!).
