We had our wedding here on May 18th 2025. We fell in love with the venue on our first visit after touring around 10 venues throughout Louisville and new Albany. Things started a little rocky as they went through 3 venue coordinators in the year we planned the wedding with them. Fascinating collection of autographed photographs and posters on the walls. The service could have been more efficient and the food was good but not great.
The venue is gorgeous - the communication and people are severely lacking. We started planning our March 8th wedding a year ago with Passalino’s. During this time we have gone through 3 different venue coordinators/managers - with no communication that our point of contact was leaving - each time. I would like to leave an honest review about the frustration we experienced while hosting a wedding at this venue. On January 25, 2025 we celebrated a family wedding at Passalino’s. Initially, everything seemed great, the venue itself is beautiful if you can make it functional. However, there are major security concerns, and the owner refuses to do anything to address them or prevent them from happening again.
