just had the worst experience with their delivery team and customer service. They went to the wrong address, called (let it ring once), and took some pictures of the parking lot and the incorrect address (literally on the wrong street ---almost if they didn't check the street signs). Customer service tells me to 'call the pharmacy' even though she mentioned earlier on the call that the pharmacy is closed. I would give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. Every single time I order through them, there's some sort of problem. I ordered my medication Thursday, it should've come by Friday or today but it has not. I couldn't order it before Thursday because of the type of medication I am on. It is very specific with time frames. I have been off of my medication for 5 days and I have to get bloodwork AGAIN because they have failed to deliver it. They are always slow with delivering.
