I called my son’s pediatrician’s office to ask a question, and unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was very disappointing. CRISSEL ROSARIO was rude, impatient, and unprofessional throughout the conversation. Instead of listening and trying to help, her tone made me feel dismissed and unwelcome. I understand that medical offices can be busy, but patients and parents deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope the office addresses this issue so future callers have a more positive experience.

Yo tengo más de 22 años viniendo a esta clinica la atención ERA muy buena antes decidí dejar a mis hijos aqui pero ahora esta clinica es un desastre duran muchísimo para que los doctores lleguen y los niños se desesperan yo tenia 2 horas encerrada en el cuarto con la bebe que ya la bebe se desespero y de tanto que lloro me vomito es demasiada la espera y así mismo le van a cobrar al seguro médico y los doctores con uno no duran ni 30 minutos es una verdadera decepción. The worst office I’ve ever attended. NOBODY speaks English or knows what they’re talking about or explaining to patients. I get misinformation EVERY SINGLE time I call. Down to whoever the office manager and reps were today at 5:40pm when I called in.
