Update: I was refunded my full payment total so I do appreciate the good customer service shown to me. Friendly staff and nice place. But I just got my second eyelash lift and tint and it’s been about 2 hours and it didn’t seem to take. Already drooping, and I looked at the last time I had them done previous to this and there was a dramatic difference and this time it’s barely noticeable. trying to call, no answer, and I am disappointed in my results. I don’t think I will be back unfortunately.
I had an amazing massage today. It truly helped relax all my tight muscles. I usually go to Physio or massage weekly at home. I’m here on holidays and I’m so grateful I found Cassandra. I will definitely be back!!!

I have been going to many massage therapists (LMTs) across many cities for more than 20 years and Cassandra is one of the best I've seen. She exceeds her years of experience. She has a great bedside manor and is very professional. I especially appreciate that I can go there and she can "see" with her own tactile assessment which tissues are in need of work, because often it is very difficult for me to know the true cause of my discomfort (sometimes the pain is in a totally different place than the true cause).
