Both times I've been there I have found nuts, bolts and/or washers floating around under my engine cowling immediately after the work. I've also found parts that were removed and not retorqued/tightened when re installing. Outboard Diagnostics are limited, and communication is lackluster. After multiple visits the issue is still unresolved. Don't recommend for outboard work.
Very friendly and flexible scheduling. Our work was done carefully and completely. I'm fully satisfied with the result.
Had to have my steering fixed. They made an appointment. Kept it. Picked up my boat as I have no trailer. Basically did a wonderful job. The way service was done on the past. Good communication, fair price all the while doing professional work. Will use them again and highly recommend them.
We have been using Passage Marine for almost 10 years now and they are fantastic. Smart, efficient and able to figure out problems. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. We rely on them for maintenance on our rolling equipment, our small engines and crucially for work on our boats. Everything from simple engine maintenance to complete overhauling of the electrical and heating systems and hull painting. These are people you can trust.
