1 star is being nice.. The receptionist the rudest person I’ve EVER encountered in my life, Cindy has no customer service skills at all, and would berate me like I was a child when I needed to cancel an appointment. The dentist herself is okay but the equipment and practice is very outdated. I gave them a few too many chances before leaving to go to another practice that I absolutely LOVE!! I’ve been to several dental offices over the years, but none have impressed me quite like Passage Dental. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm, friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I was scared of the dentist and found they were warm and welcoming and not in any way judgmental as it had been awhile since I had been to the dentist.

Took my three year old granddaughter in for her first visit. She loved it! Staff was awesome and made her feel very comfortable. Explained all the tools and gave her the opportunity to ask questions.
