I called to make an appointment for a cleaning about an month ago. The receptionist was INSANELY rude and kept huffing and puffing. She said ‘we’re short staffed and we can put your name on a waiting list’ I told her I’m traveling and just needed a quick cleaning before my trip, she got frustrated and said ‘ I just told you we’re staffed’ While I understand how businesses work she could have spoken to me with a bit more respect without making it seem like I was asking her for a favor. I had an appointment for a cleaning, travel all the way from here and Cove to Eastern passage for it. I got there they told me I cancelled it and I didn’t second time they called me for an appointment for the following week. I got there they cancelled that one too because they said they couldn’t confirm it with me and that was only five days earlier so I won’t be going back there.
The older lady working the front desk is the rudest person ive ever met, I waited 30 mins and said I was leaving and she told me I would be charged a no show fee. Don't waste your money or time.
1 star is being nice.. The receptionist the rudest person I’ve EVER encountered in my life, Cindy has no customer service skills at all, and would berate me like I was a child when I needed to cancel an appointment. I’ve been to several dental offices over the years, but none have impressed me quite like Passage Dental. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm, friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.
