The physical therapist was great. Very nice. And it’s a nice, clean building. However, the front desk person decided, while she was on the phone, and not on hold , it would be a good idea to talk about the finances required of me. With out the decency of both me and the person on the phone. Discretion is key here. She was rude and rushed. Not my problem. But made me feel like it was. I won’t go back.
I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis earlier this year. I could barely walk, drive, and put on my shoes without struggling. My pain levels were beyond a ten. My disc was so far into my spinal canal that nearly every doctor suggested immediate surgery. Pass physical therapy gave me my life back. This is the best physical therapy location in all the Inland Empire Area! Leo & Gabby are the best. From the moment you walk in with need, they hand hold you thru each step of recovery. Not only physically but mentally as well preparing me to go back to work without restrictions.. In addition I now have the resources and education to continue my exercises at home.
