I paid for my insurance check to be overnighted to my mortgage company and overnighted back to me. My mortgage company would not use the return overnight package to return my check. I ask P.A.S.S to refund my money for the unused return shipping. I was told by the owner's son he would file a claim with FedEx to refund my money. Two weeks later I was told to file a claim with FedEx myself and P.A.S.S. would not refund my money.
