The level of professionalism from all instructors, they teach you to succed. Thank you to the great staff members for your amazing work teaching us the skills to succeed as CNA and to pass the state exam. I enjoyed the class and practice.
This review is 1 year over due. First off, Portia and tony? THANK YOU! chefs kiss all around. Now don't get me wrong, Yes they are strict and rightfully so. during clinicals my blood pressure must have been through the roof every single day haha. Also I cant lie I almost hated to see them coming around the corner in those white lab coats, and the surprise skill questions while on the floor running around trying to keep my bearings and sanity did nothing but stress me out. Tutors were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the program. After receiving my license I was able to pickup my first shift from clipboard, no experience, no prior knowledge of CNA. It was pretty awesome
Pass Institute is one of the best schools in Northern California for CNA training. I know they are very strict in their teaching methods, but that helped me learn more effectively, making my state exam feel much easier. I am very thankful to Ma'am Portia and Sir Tony for treating us not just as students, but also as family.
