This place is a living hell for anyone in it. My brother was in it several yeats ago and I had to threaten them to get him transferred. when I visited, he was in the hall slumped over. He was debilitated from a stroke. He was dirty and dressed like an 80 year old man in hand me downs. We had taken all new clothing, a comfort stuffed animal, and electric shaver, etc. He had a beard with slobber that was caked with I do not know what and his lips were cracked open and gummed up.
