The seller refused to issue a refund even though he explicitly stated that he did not have the items in stock after we waited multiple days for order confirmation and shipment. He told us to "go to your bank and let them issue a chargeback for you.” Times must be tough if someone is willing to stoop this low for a couple hundred dollars.
**BUYER BEWARE** I ordered a garment and never received a confirmation or shipment email for 3 days. I called and left numerous emails. Eventually, after numerous attempts I finally got ahold of Lenny (the business owner), who informed me that he did not have the item to begin with and "did not know how to issue a refund." He told me to do a chargeback, stating that my bank would make me whole again. He appears to be running an e-commerce scheme.
