Don't care bout the customer. Won't be giving them my business. Made an appointment . Came in that morning at 915 to leave my car. Said they have no lifts. I took the day off to get the service done that day. Said I don't know whatvtwll you come in next Monday and I said I don't know I'll have to see and he said yeah well see. Won't be going back. Thanks for nothing.
The reviews for this shop do not reflect the experience I had. The person I interacted with seemed completely disengaged and unwilling to answer my questions properly. While he was not verbally rude, his body language made it clear he did not want to assist me. The shop itself is cramped, with no space to make a U-turn. Additionally, the way junk vehicles are positioned creates both a safety hazard and a liability concern.
