Dr. Casale is the best of the best pediatric urologist surgeons I have had the honor of getting to know. Dr. Casale is truly a wonderful doctor and person. He is a true professional in his field. We were so glad that he came into our lives when he did. He immediately noticed the issue (where other ‘top doctors in NYC’ completely missed or downplayed it). Dr Casale is genuinely caring and patient, extremely approachable and very knowledgable. Our 3-year-old son has kidney issues and he answered all of our questions and empathized with our concerns. He went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. Highest recommendation.
Dr. Casale is such a wonderful, kind, caring and compassionate doctor. He takes the time to get the know the patient and addresses any questions or concerns the child or the parent has. He gets back to you via email very quickly and he goes out of his way to make sure you feel informed and comfortable. He takes his time during appointments and never rushes you. I highly recommend Dr.Casale and his team. He is the most caring and compassionate Dr that I have ever met. He is a great person as well.
