100% satified and grateful to Dr Sarah Smith, Dr Kimberley Taylor and nurse Ivy who I appreciate so much for caring and checking me over today. All the doctors nurses who were there today deserve recognition for their professional work and how much they do in their everyday working lives to help their patients. This is the most horrible service I have ever seen in my life! I came to the emergency department with a history of severe anemia, and because I started having severe dizziness and fainting spells, hoping that they would provide me with urgent care and I would feel better. But it turns out their “urgent care” is absolutely not urgent. I spent 8 hours in the hospital, and absolutely no one helped me in any way! This is all I can say about Pasqua Hospital experience yesterday, actually this the second time that is traumatizing. I always go back to the hospital at least twice a year about my vertigo if it really severe and I can’t handle it at home. I don’t have too many issues,, The Ambulance, they are fast, The staff, nurses and doctors, they are all good and quickly to whatever treatment you need. Went to ER on Thursday 11:15 am .. mishap on finger with angle grinder ..I was so impressed with the speed and care given to me by nurse Colby and Doctor … gives me huge hope for our system
