I Went to watch my nieces dance recital, at ThePaso Robles Event Center, formerlyCalifornia Mid-State Fairgrounds, is an entertainment complex located inaso Robles . The site opened in 1946 for the annual "California Mid-State Fair" (originally known as the "16th District Fair" or "San Luis Obispo County Fair" [1946-80] and now the "San Luis Obispo County Mid-State Fair".... There was plenty of parking across the street and the grounds were clean....
This is an old-time fairground with old wooden buildings with lots of character. It has old country charm.
