Beautiful neighboorhood, I love my house, and my family are happy with the location. Unfortunately, I am not very happy with the customer care (warranty) department. Everything was going good until post construction and warranty issues came about. I just bought a new home over 2 months ago. I didn't catch every defect on the final walk - through - so I decided to put these issues thru warranty. How long does it take to post a tree to keep it from falling?
