Excessive paperwork. Intake nursing staff insensative and incomprtant. From front desk to surgical team, disorganized and lacking in empathy. Surgical team acted more like an ad hoc committee with no one on the same page. Waited 3 hrs. after the appointed time to get surgery. They are suppose to be part of Hospitals of Providence and yet did not have my electroic records from Providence.
