Poor communications. They said they never received my medical questionnaire which I had mailed. Then I sent it via fax and got a receipt that it was received. They never acknowledged receipt. When I called them, I got some A.I. garbage and could not get through to them. I called again, and got the message that they were going on vacation. I would not do business with this practice.
If you are fortunate enough to be a patient of Paslay medical center, you will experience THE BEST healthcare, professionalism and caretaking in town. The entire office truly cares about you as a patient, which is rare these days. I wish I could give more than five stars, but for now it is 5+ stars to me. I am so very glad I was referred to Dr. Paslay and her staff!

My doctor Erin Burgess is professional, explained everything clearly, and is knowledgeable and compassionate. She has a warm bedside manner that put me at ease.
