What a Blessed experience! I have been to many doctors and this has got to be the best and most caring doctors office I've ever been to. The office staff is friendly and polite. Dr. Erin Burgess is easy to talk to and really cares about her clients. She sees you as a person, not a dollar sign. She does not run in and out in 5 minutes. She listens attentively to what you say. Helen and her staff are very professional, Helen and Erin are top notch healthcare professionals we have been seeing her for over 4 years now,we have been so blessed to find Helen Paslay, as we have become older little health care issues have popped up and Helen and Erin have always come thru in helping us .
My husband and I are very thankful that we found Helen and Erin. Along with her fantastic staff, you don't feel that your in the Dr. Office. The office is very cozy and warm.
If i could give zero stars i would. Worst doctor in town. I’m out of my meds and trying to get a refill and they completely cut me off from healthcare without telling me anything. And then messages me from the healthcare app personally telling me that she will counter sue me BECAUSE of her medical malpractice. This “nurse practitioner” is really a joke. Don’t waste your time.
