Had an appointment for an estimate, and the person who showed up was unprofessional, rude, and seemed unstable. He didn’t even ask what the job was before launching into how he would rip out and redo the entire staircase. I explained that it’s a 93-year-old house and I didn’t want to alter the staircase structure. I was simply looking for a quote to replace the treads and install handrails. Artist, craftsman, detail oriented, timely, precise, impressive, organized, communicative... it's all true. The photos don't do the work justice. What else is there to say? We highly recommend Pasko’s Artistic Carpentry LLC for any wood construction project. We wanted to add a built-in dining area to our current space. El, the owner, came to our home the day we called him. He spent 2 hours with us to understand our vision and then make design modifications, with great insights. He discussed wood types and a variety of samples to help us.
