Hidden Gem Alert! Mediterranean cuisine is one of my favorites, especially Turkish food, so my standards are high! On a Sunday night, they weren't very busy. And I wonder why? This place was one of the best restaurants in Connecticut!!! In my experience, CT is full of unauthentic and flavorless food. NOT PASHA! wow. The complimentary bread and butter, which they serve you a mountain, is soft and fresh. Almost like a foccacia mixed with a fluffy pita. I was with my friend when this happened, and I was surprised by how it was handled. After my friend noticed that his Gazoz soda was four days past its printed expiration date, he politely brought it to the waitress's attention. Instead of apologizing, she insisted that soda doesn't expire and later said Google confirmed it was safe. The manager asked if he felt sick and offered another drink, but neither of them acknowledged the mistake or apologized.
