The place is ok... that said, now that Macy's is closed the foot traffic seems light and there are quite a few empty shops. The walk on State St. is sketchy, unless you like walking amongst homeless, vagrants and seedy types. It wasn't what I expected in Santa Barbara. The constant smoke from cigarette and weed smokers was enough to tell me that this isn't the Santa Barbara i had grown up with... Sad.
