Worst customer service employees are rude and don’t help with any issue at all
I dont like the jewerly.purchased rope gold chain broke on me second time wearing it.paid 1,250.i think they are ripping people off. Good gold doesnt break like that what have I wasted my hard earned money on..smh unhappy customer..
Never in my life have I given anybody a bad review but here it is. They are crooks. They sold me a $400 watch & when I brought it in b/c it stopped running, they kept it for a few days, & when I went to pick it up the owner kept me waiting outside for 25 min & never came out. One of the employees gave me back the watch telling me it was working now. The very next morning the watch stopped @ 11:50 & has been that way since. I have left numerous messages for the owner (Gregg) & he hasn't had the decency to return my calls. Why... read more
Horrible customer service , lie to customers ,dont get orders right....not approachable, make customers feel like you are doing them a favor ......dont buy nothing here you probably are getting ripped off....never again
