I would highly recommend venture Townhomes because the house is just lovely. The area is just awesome and quiet and all the residents are respectful to one another. There's just ton of stuff to do for kids and for the dogs is is in a very safe area which I absolutely love that that was my number. If I could rate it ZERO stars I would. Very poor management. Maintenance NEVER fixes anything on time or when needed. The office NEVER picks up the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My toilet downstairs has been broken since the beginning of January when I first moved in. We're going into April AND they still HAVEN'T FIXED or REPLACED my toilet. Look up the LAWS in Arizona. By law landlords and maintenance have 10 days to repair and fix any issues when you serve them with a certified letter giving them 10 days to fix it. If they d... read more
Been more than a month. Since February 18 my washer has been broken, called about 3 times during the month ongoing, still paid 60 on rent for water I’m not even using??? There excuse is they only have one maintenance, yeah it doesn’t take 30 days or longer to fix a problem, especially when that’s your job. Don’t move here it’s horrible. By Arizona law, for townhomes or apartments maintenance is expected to show up within 10 days or less. I was suppose to have a tour today Saturday at 145p got there early they were closed I have picture of sign they have saying it's only open mon through fri. they are not open Saturdays but they will schedule tours still so that's nice waste of time and gas.
