This apartment complex is a joke. RUUUUN. DO NOT SIGN HERE. they processed an eviction with my name on it and I have not been a resident for over a year here and they will not fix their mistake, the grounds are always dirty, maintenance... what maintenance!! My kids lived in the apartment for over a month with no ac and offices did nothing to help not even offering window units, fans. Nothing. Upstairs restroom has an active leak due to a clogged condensation line. Was never blown out but they patched up ceiling and it's lea... read more
The ac condensers here are not the right size for how big the townhomes are.
management is crap. They dont take priorities when it comes to emergencies with maintenance etc. Plus, the water is always turning off for an hour at spontaneous hours with no reminder and it’s always like every other week
Love living here. Very nice people and they always do community events which are very important especially in today's world.
