The ac condensers here are not the right size for how big the townhomes are.
management is crap. They dont take priorities when it comes to emergencies with maintenance etc. Plus, the water is always turning off for an hour at spontaneous hours with no reminder and it’s always like every other week
Love living here. Very nice people and they always do community events which are very important especially in today's world.
I would highly recommend venture Townhomes because the house is just lovely. The area is just awesome and quiet and all the residents are respectful to one another. There's just ton of stuff to do for kids and for the dogs is is in a very safe area which I absolutely love that that was my number. One concern was finding a safe area neighborhood for me and my family and the house is absolutely everything we wanted, including the the backyard and the office staff is amazing and so sweet and very kind and don't mind answering a... read more
