I made the Mike of applying before reading up on this property and management. Over 2 weeks ago I applied since then I’ve had not one call or email about my application or move in. I had to go into the office to get answers and when asked all I got was I’m working on it. I paid $300 for the app plus a holding fee. To not contact me for over 2 weeks and having to chase you down is not ok. On top of that the property is a mess and the unit you’re “preparing for us” is roach infested. My family and I have had a wonderful experience living in Ventura Townhomes. From their quick response to maintenance requests, being very understanding in times of hardship and the upkeep of the community have been incredibly impressive. Thank you Ventura for all the work your staff does to help us feel more at home!
If I could leave a 0 star I would. Management was poor, maintenance was rude, and the communication was extremely bad. It was my first townhome. Was super excited for my children to have their own rooms. And got my first eviction and had to start all over with children. I don't recommend anyone living there. Go somewhere that takes care of their tenants and property. There are way more good properties out there that can accommodate your family and/household. Don't settle for places like this.
