I have done a few closings over the years with JoAnne and Cynthia. Nothing short of first rate. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Definitely recommend them.
If you're an investor, AVOID this company. Called in to see if they work with investors and with attitude was told no we're not interested then got hung up on. Even if you're not an investor friendly Title Company at least give the other person on the phone some respect. It's a thumbs down for me.👎
