This is a solid company, they do what they say, and do what it takes to get the job done. I had a gas leak and, between city permits and innumerable requirements by Con Ed, they stuck with it and made sure the job was done right and we were happy. Their great attitude and patience made the whole ordeal survivable, lol!
Excellent work. Pedro completed the repair promptly and even placed the new valve in a safer location.
The split AC install went very well. The techs were organized, quick, courteous and respectful. They kept us informed during every step of the installation and didn't miss a thing. Overall, we were very happy and satisfied with the process as it was done in a responsible, professional and dependable manner. We feel very confident that if we need help with any cooling, heating or plumbing issue, Pasquale will provide the experience and expertise to resolve the problem. Thank you Freddie and staff.
