The doctor was nice and listened to me but his staff is absolutely useless. I had a very very important referral that the doctor had ready okayed. Even with calling almost every day, and begging for them to fax a piece of paper, it was sent on the 13th day. This is unacceptable as it was for a broken neck. Yes, a broken neck that I needlessly suffered an extra TWO weeks because of the staff incompetence.
Dr. Pascua always takes care of my medical needs. He’s very informative and knows what he’s talking about. I appreciate him and his staff!
Dr. Pascua has taken care of my son and my husband who was high risk due to renal failure and did an awesome job, pre and post transplant as his primary care Dr. He is personable, careful, and kind. He's a great doctor.
