I had a 1:20 PM appointment but called ahead to check if I could come earlier. The receptionist said 1:00 PM was fine. I arrived on time, only to wait well past my scheduled slot. While I was waiting, I saw a lady from the internal desk walk straight in for a consult, followed by another visitor who was accompanied by an internal staff member—both were seen immediately, despite having no appointments. Useless clinic
Dr Uthpala is very caring and knowledgeable. Doesn’t make you feel rushed out. Sometimes there’s a wait but for the fact that it’s a quality Dr and bulk billing it’s worth it. It’s very difficult to see GPs these days. receptionist is also very friendly.
I absolutely cannot fault this medical practice. I have had great customer service, support and care from the nurses and GP's as well as the administration staff on reception. A big thank you to Dr Uthpala Bogahawatta and Dr Md Sajjad Hussain. Everyone I have been attended to have been great. I am pleased with this medical practice.
Literally they have brilliant and experienced staff. One of most underrated clinic. 5 star and you will always find a slot there. Very happy with their service.
