I had a 1:20 PM appointment but called ahead to check if I could come earlier. The receptionist said 1:00 PM was fine. I arrived on time, only to wait well past my scheduled slot. While I was waiting, I saw a lady from the internal desk walk straight in for a consult, followed by another visitor who was accompanied by an internal staff member—both were seen immediately, despite having no appointments. Useless clinic
Dr Uthpala is very caring and knowledgeable. Doesn’t make you feel rushed out. Sometimes there’s a wait but for the fact that it’s a quality Dr and bulk billing it’s worth it. It’s very difficult to see GPs these days. receptionist is also very friendly.
